DINE IN OR TAKE OUT
Settler is now open for patio, indoor dining, and curbside pickup!
Reservations are strongly encouraged and available for patio dining only. Diners will have the option of updating their reservation for indoors if weather is not ideal. Due to the size of our indoor space and commitment to keeping our guests safe, we may not have the capacity to accommodate all reservations indoors. All reservations will be confirmed same day.
Settler To Go is available Tuesday - Saturday between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. We encourage all guests to order online so we can keep phone lines open for those ready at curbside. Please arrive as close to your pickup time as possible. When you arrive, give us a call at 978-744-2094 and we will run your order out to you.
A bit about the beet.
Settler is a New American restaurant inspired by the rustic and handmade approach to french cookery. Tucked away on Lynde Street in Salem, Settler is a cozy but chic neighborhood spot. From homemade sourdough to fresh pastas, almost everything is made in house.
Husband and wife team, Aaron and Shanna Chambers, combine a love for good food, wine, and spoiling family and friends at their kitchen table. Settler is an extension of their own home – a place to eat, drink, and be part of the family.
Chef Aaron Chambers spent his early culinary years learning under two Michelin star Chef Raymond Blanc at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in the UK. After landing stateside, he then spent 10 years cooking alongside the famed French chef Daniel Boulud, working with Gavin Kaysen (Spoon & Stable) at Café Boulud as Sous Chef then opening New York’s Boulud Sud and Boston's Bar Boulud as Chef de Cuisine. With a culinary background rooted in french technique, Chef uses local New England ingredients to give classic french fare a new American spin. Hence our namesake.
