The name “Settler” reflects the spirit of someone who arrives, settles in, and celebrates what makes this new place special. Just like Chef Aaron, who’s found his home in New England, we honor the flavors of the Mediterranean—Southern France, Italy, Spain, Egypt, Morocco—and blending them with the best local ingredients from small family farms, fishermen, and artisans.
