Limniona & Friends: A Greek Wine Dinner

Join us for a special evening at Settler celebrating the wines of Domaine Zafeirakis, one of Greece’s most exciting organic producers. Located in Tyrnavos, the Zafeirakis estate is known for reviving Limniona, a rare indigenous grape that produces elegant, aromatic red wines with vibrant acidity and remarkable freshness.

For this one-night event, Chef Aaron Chambers will prepare a multi-course dinner inspired by Mediterranean flavors and New England ingredients. The evening will feature a progression of wines from the estate, including Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Chardonnay, and several expressions of Limniona. 
 

Christos from Domaine Zafeirakis will join us for the evening, guiding guests through the wines and sharing the story behind the winery and its vineyards.
